Empty

This is the empty ice rink in Stirling Sports Village this morning where I go for my weekly rehab knee class.

(Thanks to 60Plus for hosting today’s Mono Monday challenge “empty”.)

There is some talk of a new class starting which will allow us to continue but at more advanced level.

Its all part of the NHS scheme to keep us more active in the community.

Talking of which I heard on Classic FM that if you missed out on your flu jab  (M. has) you can get it done at the local pharmacy.
Unfortunately both our local pharmacies in Bridge of Allan have run out.

However, M will get it done at Boots the chemist in Stirling tomorrow morning.
