Labours of love

I'm making 'mug hugs' as Christmas mini presents for sewing friends. I do tend to think of people in colour schemes (!) so these reflect the friends for whom they're destined. To be honest, I don't know how effective these are (most heat is lost from the top!) but hopefully they'll look fun and cheerful.

Dad's photo album all finished and ordered, and Poppydog was given a professional groom today - I barely recognise my usual scruff-mutt!

Weather absolutely revolting; LH gave up golf after 9 holes (I thought he was bonkers going out at all) as it poured with rain, with an accompanying raw wind. No golf for me tomorrow (bad knee - oh yes ;-)!)
