Dismal

It may look like an evening sunset shining through the rain, but it is a streetlight. It was horrible today, cold, wind and rain.

Ms H had a doctor's appointment today in a town closest to home, she hasn't moved it to Edinburgh, so it involved a trip on the train out here and it is a short walk away. I surprised her by meeting her off the train and accompanied her, it was just as well as the rain came on heavy. Expecting her to return back on the train, she asked to come for her dinner, so Mrs C then got a surprise to see her on returning from work. Her 9pm train was then cancelled, so it fell upon me to drive her in... a 70 minute 33 mile round trip... sigh. It's still cold, windy and rainy...
