Dental proliferation

The alarm goes off way too soon. I stagger to the bathroom and briefly contemplate adding my toothbrush to the growing community already resident.

The taxi arrives. There’s a rumbling noise coming from one of the wheels, so I don’t complain that he drives super slow. I’ve got plenty of time to catch the stopping service to Doncaster, and further time before the Edinburgh connection arrives.

Bleary, I stumble down a damp Dundas Street to Tanfield where I’m giving a talk at somebody’s internal tech conference. It goes ok and I duck away quickly, heading to Meadowbank in time for lunch.
