Storm Force

I don't know what the speed the wind was gusting at when I was down at the harbour this morning. It was well beyond my ability to hold the camera steady, even though I was leaning against a fence. The emphasis was a fast shutter speed and an attempt to take the photo at a moment when the wind blew at a constant speed.

It must have been very uncomfortable out at sea, and I read that one of the platforms had been evacuated of non essential personnel.
