Leeds Corn Exchange

We had a day in Leeds with our son today - he had picked a few of the older buildings he thought we might like to see.  We spent the morning in the art gallery where the tiled hall is now used as the coffee shop and is worth the visit just to marvel at the beautiful ceiling.

Later on he took us to the Corn Exchange - which has been repurposed to house a series of small shops including the fascinating West Yorkshire Cameras where I bought a couple of films, one colour, one mono to run through the old film cameras I occasionally blip.  My blip is the wonderful roof space with a few of the colouful doorways to the shops.

I'll now have to source batteries for the Pentax Mx and Canon A1 the films are intended for .... steveng_film might be a 2nd blip journal if it goes well.
