Escape

Some useful discussions and thinking about estate plans (again!) this morning then out to go to another opticians and also visit the architectural salvage outlet. Beautiful sunny clear day for a change - lovely not to be holed up in my office although was a dash to get round what I needed to do. 
Still not sure I can work out the best shape/style for new glasses but very useful discussion with the salvage person who was really helpful. Good ideas on doors and fireplace.....need to decide if I want a gas fire put in or just use it as a focal point and fill with candles.
Home and caught up on work, including working through a large number of PhD applications for shortlisting on Thursday.
