Crescent moon and venus on a very frosty morning

Although a thickly iced up car is an inconvenience, a beautiful bright waning crescent moon (8.4%) with Venus shining brightly too makes it all worth it. The later sky was spectacular for our drive 'over the top' to school. Later, even the sun almost disappeared, just struggling through thick mist.
