Evening all.

Officially we have entered into the Christmas spirit in the Richardson household.

The ladies of the household have spent the day in York wandering doggedly around the Christmas markets. The advent calendars are up, Norad's Santa tracker has been bookmarked. Chestnuts sit next to the fireplace awaiting immolation and the spare room looks like a refuge for the world's population of lost cardboard boxes.

Decorations are being dusted off, seasonal liquid cheer is being sourced and we have received our first card and our first pressie....both of which we've opened!!

I may get round to posting a better picture than this one but i'm actually watching the eight millionth greatest Christmas song hit jingle song in the world...ever...seventy four or something, and i may dig out a mince pie as well!!!
