Festive cheer ....

Had hoped to have a wander around town after first day of mediation course which started today.

However weather had turned to wet and cold as opposed to just cold so headed straight home. This is the local flower shop which always looks lovely.

Course itself is good- although found some exercises harder than I thought as applying skills in different context.
