Sophie

Sophie is in her school Christmas production - a version of Robin Hood.  I admit to not really knowing exactly what part she is playing but her costume is brown and she has a headband with ears.  It is always both stressful and entertaining attempting the class groups - however many shots I took, never for one moment were all children looking the same way at the same time.  It is, in fact, only a few whose behaviour is erratic - most are doing exactly what they are asked.  After the group shots, we did a few as individuals if their parents had requested.

Although this is always a challenging activity, it does raise money for the PTA and the school is very good about providing time and  space for the photographs - which have to be wedged into the slots around morning assembly, break and the 'dinner ladies' setting up for lunch.  Always hectic and we're up against the clock.  Each year we (daughter and I) moan and say 'never again' but the challenges are forgotten by the next time.
