Another quiet day and shoulder feeling better.

Apparently it is 6 years since I started here. There have been occasions when I could have given up but you lot have rallied me and kept me going so thanks to all of you.

C is on the lash tonight so I'm home alone and it will be Pizza from the freezer for me.
