Obsession with pounds

I've become a bit obsessed recently after downloading an app called "My Fitness Pal", it allows you to monitor your calorie intake and your exercise, but also sets you targets for improvement. I've been using it for a week now and today was the official weigh in with work colleagues, and it blooming well works! I lost 2.5 lbs over the week! Carry on at this rate and I'll be at my fighting weight in no time.

I enjoyed my lunch that little bit more today, knowing that I can still eat the food I like and lose weight!
