Friday today.
This morning I had a meeting at a clients' office in Veendam, and when I arrived at my own office early in the afternoon, I noticed I had a headache.
So, I got myself  a cup-a-soup and a sandwich and went over to YouTube to watch the latest upload of Morten Hilmer, a Danish wildlife photographer.

After the 20 minutes break I was recharged and worked all afternoon and went home at 17.00 to start the weekend!
