Lock Keepers Cottage

A pleasant canal walk in the fading winter light then a singaround in The Foxton Locks Inn. It's not the pub it was - it's a restaurant - but they happily accommodate a few of us old folkies once a month - teatime till what should be 8.30 - it was a 7.30 finish last night as we were the only ones left in.

Undaunted we betook ourselves to the Dukes Arms in Woodford to join the singers and players there. This time, by 11 0 clock, we'd had enough!
