Kitchen Orchid

It's been a very busy time from the moment I got up today but unfortunately with very little result to show for it. The weather has been a mixture of a handful of sunny spells and several showers, some of which included hailstones. I couldn't see anything to blip when I had a quick look around on our courtyard but when I was waiting for the kettle to boil to make some tea my eye caught the orchid that has been flowering in our kitchen for quite a while now.

There's a good chance that the week ahead is going to be rather busy and stressful again so this evening I'm going to do my best to relax a little and make another attempt at catching up somewhat on my commenting. Well, at least that's the plan. :)
