Radars of the lost art

This Blipfoto lark really makes you think anout what pix to post, doesn't it?

I was walking today along the cliffs between Folkestone and Dover. Cold of course but also great sun and light. I came up to this concrete structure facing out to sea towards France. An early 2nd WW radar or sound collecting dish I think.

I converted to B&W to give it some extra impact. Up on the top of the hill is another concrete structure , but as far as I know I can only post one pic per day - so this is your lot!
