Christmas Hellebore

I managed to plant this in the sunshine this morning . It was almost Springlike . A present for Christmas from my niece . I do love them - especially that they are also called ‘Christmas Rose. ‘ .
I met my friend in Shaftesbury where we had a very delicious lunch and a good chat followed by a browse in the shops . She is still struggling after being recentwidowed - Christmas is so difficult for so many people.
