The Duchess

An early start this morning to see 'Duchess of Sutherland' in her new maroon livery taking the 'Christmas White Rose' to York. Very cold; I could hardly feel my fingers by the time she came by, and a bit dull too, so I've faffed with this a bit. Four of us at this particular spot to see it, and we were very nearly photo-bombed by a regular electric train. Phew!
