At least the tyres....

... were legal.  We spotted this car whilst strolling through the streets of Phuket .  We think it is a fiat.  

I also think Santa is struggling this year as he seems to be working in Phuket. ..or he could be trying out alternatives to his sleigh.  See my extra.
