A noodling afternoon....

Cold, blowing and kinda nasty out there....so didn't go for a walk.....oh dear!

stayed indoors, read, applied 3 layers of gesso to 4 new cradled panels, ready for the time i head back into the mudroom/painting studio, to do more cold wax/oil paintings!

then a bit of noodling with this one....it was pretty hideous before i put a layer of transparent gesso on top, then i just started noodling!

A quiet evening with left overs!
