Speedsters

Tonight we had a good tough workout. I had the group run a 1200m Warm up, stretches and Drills. We then did 400/200/100 x 2. 400m was run at about 3000m pace or faster,200m run at 800m pace or faster and 100m was run flat out. My Hamstrings held together tonight and everyone enjoyed the session. Therese and Debbie had a go at using starting blocks, Therese asked a couple of the Sprinters how do you get out of the Blocks without falling on your face. A small group tonight which is to be expected with all the Christmas stuff happening
