Finished at last.

A busy day. Having finished the veranda rails "the mate" came out with his router to round off the edges matching them to the rest of the rails. They are also much kinder to the hands without the sharp edges of PAR wood.

Then there was cleaning all the mess I had made and leaving the inside immaculate for the guests arriving on Saturday. This was made more complicated by the arrival of the man to fit the thermostat on the immersion heater. After all that was completed we had a very pleasant and relaxing evening out with Kanyl in the bar at the hotel we have used for such things for over 20 years.

The blip is the dinning area of the Lodge with the set table, welcome pack and some decorations visible.
