Cookie Extravaganza

We have been measuring, mixing, baking, and tasting for several days. Today we put together these little bags of cookies, rum balls, and candy for our friends and neighbors. 
Part of the challenge is looking all over town for certain ingredients, and when you realize they just don't exist here (molasses, ginger snaps, rice crispies (but Choco Krispis do, and they work), you make substitutions or find another recipe! New neighborhoods are discovered during these forays, which is part of the fun.
