Winter Solstice

A little tipple to toast the Winter Solstice with a tot of honey rum. Cheers BVLF33 and all my fellow blippers!

A friend posted on her Facebook page about how the shortest day brings the longest night and there are many people on the streets. That certainly made me spare a thought for all those that don't have the luxury of heat, food and a roof over their head.

I may not be able to comment much on your lovely journals over the next week - it all depends on the wi-fi signal where I am!
