Star in the bright sky

Our Moravian Star hangs on the back porch, outside the glass door, all year long.

I enjoy this Star so much that I just can’t bear to take it down. With the new LED bulb in it, it shines much brighter and whiter.

In extras, a photo of the moon over the NE Cape Fear River this morning and then a photo of the planets in the morning sky.

Venus is high in the sky up and to the right of the power poles. Look low and to the left of the poles and you will see Jupiter and Mercury.

It’s amazing what you see in the early morning sky (6am)
