Riverside

My car was due to go in for a service in Stirling this morning. While that was happening I took a wall along The Forth Trail which, as the name rather suggests, follows the banks of the River Forth as it winds its way around the city. I joined the path at Forthside, where this photo was taken, passed the Cambuskenneth Bridge, walked through the Riverside area, and finished a while later at Old Stirling Bridge.

The weather was very pleasant indeed: dry, bright and still. The full trail continues for another few miles, but I didn't have time to complete the walk today. There was a car to be collected and various odds and ends to be done.
