Art Deco Vase

The weather looked quite promising this morning as though were some dark thunder clouds looming which would have been good for a moody monochrome but by the time I had walked the dogs and had coffee the light had gone and there was a heavy drizzle covering everything in a murky grey. So I reverted to Plan B which was to develop the ideas I had yesterday for a still life. I guess this is less a still life than an in-your-face as it is a art deco still glass vase with a strong red background.
