Christmas Trees in training

This afternoon, prior to our evening Christmas meal, Cathleen, Cailean and I walked up through the forest with Rula, and with Cooper as John & Morag were away for a few hours.

The mist has been thick all day , deadening sound but creating a really nice, quiet, peaceful atmosphere and changing every view.   For example this new planting on the hill looked like a gathering of Christmas trees in training for future years.

My extra blips are from the hill too - Cathleen, Cailean and  the dogs in the mist, and one of many spiders webs which had caught the dampness and therefore were sparkling amidst the green of the gorse bushes.

Merry Christmas to all fellow blippers - on we go, a day and a picture at a time !
