THE GRANGE HOTEL RECEPTION

Not very nice weather today, dreich and mizzly.  However after a morning opening presents and having a generally relaxing time, we went to The Grange Hotel for Christmas Day lunch. The photo is of the lobby/entrance area.

It was very pleasant, the food was very good and the service excellent.  However there wasn't really any atmosphere, it would have been nice to have had some carols playing softly in the background.  Still we generally had a very nice time and the really enjoyed the food and it's only a 5 minute drive from home. 

We then came home and watched Strictly, of course, fell asleep in front of the TV and then sorted out some of the photos I took from today to post on here.

Feeling thoroughly spoiled, full and contented at the moment.
