Do they know it's Christmas?

Bomble certainly doesn't! Steve is a bit poorly with a cough, cold, and fever. We managed to open stockings (yes, we still have them), present exchanging, lunch, and a delicious evening meal spent with friends Liz, John and assorted company. Turkey and all the trimmings. Yum. I brought Adam's cappuccino gelato to share (Adam is the older brother of a boy at our school, who has set up a gelato-making business. It's delicious).

The rest of the time Steve's been in bed or the bath. It was sunny for a while, so I sat and listened to the radio and attempted to do the jigsaw. Later we had a fire and I watched some TV with Bomble. This image shows Bomble,the tree and Simon Callow's one-man version of A Christmas Carol on TV. It's terrific. I'm going to watch the rest of it now we're back. It's still early.
