Ella

I love Boxing Day, after the hustle and bustle , the over eating, not to mention the fun of Christmas Day this day is so relaxed, eating left overs whenever the mood takes us.  There were some, me excluded, that had pavlova before breakfast.
A washing line of table cloths, tea towels and dishcloths out this morning.
A day when the kids sorted out their new devices.  Harry got a iPhone6 needed now he is off to Intermediate and travelling by train, Ella a snazzy laptop come tablet which whenever her mood takes her just with a turn the laptop becomes a tablet.  She is off to secondary school and having a laptop is a requirement.
Makes us oldies wonder how we ever survived getting to school safely and learnt anything with pencils and paper. How times have changed.

My blip is Ella with phone, laptop and Boom sorting out Spotify.  Wee Lexi looks on from behind and above my 2016 blurb photo books.
Btw, I didn't mention yesterday but we had a lengthy FaceTime with our Townsville family, watching them open their gifts from us.  Lexi was beside herself with excitement :) Hopefully next Christmas we may be all together.
