Hamnavoe Awaits

A grey day early on with the sun vainly trying to punch its way through miles of cloud.  It appeared, once, as an iced orange; light shreds of blue heralded its late appearance.  A few folk going about in Stromness.  Walked around Hamnavoe and on towards Navershaw.  The boys were busy at Copland’s Dock.

Home to the stove and an extremely placid Glenlossie.   A 16yr old from Dailuaine proved tricky but the crowd welcomed a 21 year old Glendronach with a warm bosom.  I ken fine it’s no the easiest of tasks.

The Current Mrs Creel thinks I should have optics in the Shack, who am I to argue?

Tonight we are setting a trap in the hope of catching a nocturnal bannock.
