Nostalgia At the Record Store

Visiting Fort Worth, I am sure the others will post more traditional pictures of cattle with extremely long horns, but I couldn't resist this photo of K and L browsing a great selection of records (vinyl to the hipster community) and I just fell in love with the expression and mood of the photo.  Following this I worked on using my Christmas present from L - a sous vide cooking aid - bagged up potatoes and green beans with olive oil seasoning and then after an hour in the bath put the lamb chops in for another 2 hours and 15 mins before using one pan only to sauté for one minute on each side.  I have rarely tasted such amazing potatoes and the lamb came out perfectly  - I am a fan!  Extra of potatoes before being put in the sous vide.
