Swan Sunrise

Unusually for me I woke up after a couple of hours and couldn't get back to sleep. Doing a sunrise at Llangorse lake, Brecon, entered my head and I set off after having a cuppa. It was raining and foggy on the 45 minute drive there and I visualised  mist over the lake if I was lucky. On arrival the lake was flooded together with the wooden walkways.

A sygnet was happy to pose in front of me for a while and eventually the sun rose, no fog, but glorious red colours with reflections over the flooded lake that surpassed yesterdays Bristol Sunrise. Not what I expected but better...another day where it was worth getting up and out.
