Too early - sleep little poppy!

Back to grey weather!  After Mass, coffee and cake at the church B and I went walking.  At first it was a mild drizzle and we spotted this little poppy.  Its mate was bedraggled and looking so sorry for itself.  This one stands a chance?

As I was walking home my glasses needed windscreen wipers!!  

Just realised from Facebook that it’s our anniversary today! 51 years together!
