Day 365/18. A commission finished.

The historic aircraft museum where I volunteer has an original front section of a 1922, Southampton built, Supermarine Seagull flying boat.
This was being used by a lady in Southampton as a garden shed until discovered (see extra picture). As far as we know it is the only surviving bit of the aircraft type.
But, it being a rare aircraft, the museum had no scale model to show the full aircraft. Researching around on the internets, I found and purchased this Polish resin kit and have been working on it on and off for a few weeks. Today it is finished and ready for display in the museum with its original part.
I love this sort of thing. I'll deliver it next week.
