New year

After a good night last night bringing  in the new year at the local a nice lazy morning was had. This afternoon we went for our traditional walk into town for a burger king lunch and then on to visit Mum.We normally feed the ducks and swans at the Brayford, there was only 2 swans sat near to the Brayford .
On the way back from Mums the light was perfect with lovely blue skies so I grabbed a few shots.I really like this one of the waterside shopping centre and the Empowerment monument that over hangs the river.
Back home for a relaxing evening before preparing myself to get fully back into the work routine tomorrow.
