New Year's walk

More glorious sunshine and verging on balmy, we thoroughly enjoyed our morning walk, straight from the door, up into the woods behind and higher still. We took a break to reflect on the things we are thankful for and those we look forward to in this new year. Interestingly, it turned out to be much that we can be thankful for and much of the same we hope for this year. We are two of the lucky ones.
