Old School?

I went for a walk at lunchtime again - I'm trying to do at least 5000 steps. This time I didn't need a sandwich, so I walked up a street I'd never been up. At the end, I came across a corner of another street - called 'Old School Street West' - and this building. Its clearly been like this for some time - a for sale sign has clearly been on the ground for months, if not years. I wonder if it is an old school. Its an impressive looking façade - I'd love to be able to buy a place like this and do it up. But its probably listed and hugely expensive to do.
