Delicious ......and healthy

Two yummy soups I made over the holiday season. The lettuce and pea one was my favourite ....the tarragon gives it a fabulous flavour.
Out with Mum today and we managed to get her a new coat after visiting the graveyard where my grandparents and dad’s death are recorded and leaving our Christmas wreath there as we do every year:)
