Valleyfield Monument

Back on the 25th of June, I Blipped the Valleyfield monument to the French POWs who died her during the Napoleonic wars. It was Flumgummery who pointed out that I had missed the inscription on the memorial’s reverse side. I returned to correct the omission though, perhaps I shouldn’t have bothered, it is exactly the same as that on the obverse – only – written in French.
