Watching and waiting

Smudge was enjoying the sunshine this morning and had her eye on the log store where she is sitting. Had she seen a mouse? Who knows but if she has I don't think it stands much chance of survival with Smudge around.

It's been a bright sunny day with temperatures of 3C but if didn't feel as cold as expected. The promised morning frost did not materialise so no "white" pictures, I'm afraid.
