Abstract Friday anyone?

I am getting my days mixed up this week with having an extra day off for New Year and I have been convinced it was Thursday all day. I was feeling particularly drowsy as drove down the A7, this morning (50 mph is such a soporific speed), so I stopped in a lay-by to walk round the van and generally wake myself up. I noticed the newly cut hedge with a second hedge behind it and thought it would make an ideal shot for the Abstract Thursday Challenge! Oh well, it was the only shot I took today, so here it is.
