A Snapshot a Day

The Little Schoolboy

I am rather particular when it comes to biscuits. I like them chocolatey, crunchy and strong enough to be dunkable in tea. I am not a fan of the chewy bendable american cookie.

When you can't find a British biscuit in the supermarket here, Le Petit Ecolier from France is a good second choice. It's a nice basic biscuit, with a generously thick chocolate layer that has a picture of a schoolboy (if you have a vivid imagination) stamped on it.

They were on two for the price of one at Giant last week, which means I ate twice as many this week!
