Memories of photo workshops in Scotland

I had some great photographic workshops in Scotland in the past, and Cullen Skink was always a treat when it was available. I've managed to get it in tins now, and it's very enjoyable, though very smokey and also very high in salt (which I'm  supposed to avoid!).
