Things you see in Berlin - Rüdesheimer Platz and one of its bizarre statues. Probably the nicest of the three, one of the other ones is a 'heroic' statue of a man and rearing horse - the man is oddly clothed in a flowing ribbon that doesn't conceal much..  Every time I'm there, I wonder if the designer was having a good laugh..  The Platz however is quite nice - small garden & playground, a lot of benches and grass for picnics and this huge fountain (the statues are set in behind it) that kids splash through in the summer time.
