Mono Monday : beginnings

I decided yesterday that today was going to be a fast day (the 5:2 diet) I need to lose a few pounds , I know it will really help my hips. Breakfast was a high protein yogurt. I went to the gym...... I hate the gym but I walked and cycled. I've kept busy all day to take my mind off food. I read that you shouldn't drink squash even no added sugar ones so after my cup of tea and coffee this morning I've only drunk hot water with a slice of lemon.
