What a glorious day it has been today. After yesterday being so dull and dreary we have had nothing but a blue sky all day. Chilly at times but in the sun it has been very pleasant indeed.

First weigh-in today for the diet and after the first week I have lost 3.1 kg (6.8 lbs) which I am pretty pleased with.
The Dryathlon is still on track and I can honestly say I haven't missed the alcohol at all. I feel a lot better without it.

Also, if you get a moment a new young Blipper called Anidri could do with some love.
