Sunrise

from the kitchen window for a change
got some admin done for the running group meeting tomorrow (the other 3 leaders resigned unexpectedly so we need to plan how we do things until we can train up more)
went out on my bike to take some stuff up to church as go shopping - as usual Hobbycraft didn't have what I wanted!
picked up some litter down by the ponds
meeting this evening so having a break
